When it comes to refunds during shipping, refunds are only able to be processed once the order has been delivered or a shipping problem has been confirmed.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 48 hours after the order is placed.

Transit time: This refers to the time and it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to the destination. Any delays with carriers or customs is out of our control unfortunately, but we will deal with these fairly on a customer to customer basis, as these issues do not happen that often.
